1) Sweepstakes Timing
The Lemus Remodeling Travel Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.
2) Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and are homeowners of record for the property for which the estimate is requested.
Employees of Lemus Remodeling Group LLC and Lemus Construction (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void outside PA, DE, and NJ, and where prohibited by law.
3) How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible homeowners must complete and submit the official entry form available on this page and include their Lemus Remodeling Group estimate number to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”).
To obtain an estimate number, eligible homeowners must request a full roofing, siding, or window replacement estimate from Lemus Remodeling Group for a property located in PA, DE, or NJ. No purchase or contract signing is required to receive an estimate number or to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per household/property address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that do not include a valid estimate number may be disqualified.
Requesting an estimate does not obligate the homeowner to proceed with a remodeling project.
4) Bonus Eligibility
If an eligible Entrant signs a full roof, siding or windows replacement contract with Lemus Remodeling Group during the Sweepstakes Period for a property located in PA, DE, or NJ, and the project is approved and scheduled, the Entrant remains eligible and, if selected as the winner, will receive an additional $4,000 travel voucher bonus (see Prize section below).
Signing a contract does not increase the odds of winning.
5) Prize
Grand Prize (1):• $6,000 Travel Voucher for a trip for two (2) to the destination of winner’s choice.
Bonus (if applicable):• Additional $4,000 Travel Voucher if winner qualifies under Section 4.
Maximum Total Prize Value: $10,000.

7) Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email. The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within seven (7) days.
Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8) Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9) Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lemus Construction and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
10) Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
